Category: Final Major Projection

Experiments with Projections

In this part of my project I was looking for different effects that might be created by using animation projection on the different kinds of surface. I also trying to put this animation “in space” using lots of paper layers. What I want to do next is to try to do a new sound animation using Mapping technique.

Final Major Project Brief

Designers need the challenge of a major project. The Final Major Project consolidates the fundamental learning and issues taught and developed in the previous years. This project should focus and consolidate your strengths and should show your ability to manage a project of this length and depth. This is a substantial piece of work, adding weight to your final portfolio. It is self-initiated, produced in agreement with your specialism tutors and in line with your creative ambitions and abilities. This project needs to be underpinned by contextual theory. You should show an awareness of strategic influences, contemporary issues and the role of a graphic or 3D designer and animator in today’s industry. The Final Major Project culminates in a Final exhibition. You are required to design and coordinate an exhibition of your best works with your peers and to involve yourself in the design, production and marketing for the show.
